While working at Backbase as a Principal UX Designer, I contributed to a project in which State Employees’ Credit Union selected Backbase to accelerate its digital transformation, optimize the member-first experience, and significantly increase digital engagement through the launch of its first mobile banking application.
The discovery phase was essential to understand the current state of the application, uncover usability issues, and gather insights into how users interacted with the product.
